When someone responds to an email and the my original text is included in the response, it is often poorly formatted. Different fonts, sizes and spacing. I hope it did not appear that way to the receiver. I have noticed this multiple times and it is a big enough problem that I will stop using eM Client if I can’t assure my emails appear the receiver as I created them. I have never noticed this with Outlook or web apps. Thoughts?
Hello Brent, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you make a screenshot of the issue and check the exact release number of your current eM Client installation? Please check the release number in Help > About and submit it to us here on the forum. What mail service are you using with eM Client?
