I’m testing the new v10 beta and have decided to switch from Outlook. Hooray. But I’m having trouble with text colors.
When I imported my mailboxes from Outlook, signatures came over too - which is great. These work well, and just like Outlook. They look light against a dark background and dark against a light background. Wonderful!
But I cannot achieve the same result with the normal text body of the email. I have a corporate blue color which I have all my email text in. In Outlook, this color self adapts somehow so it always looks correct against whatever background (just like the signature). But in eMClient it seems to be a literal and specific color that doesn’t behave the same way.
I can write an email with what eyeballs as exactly the same color in body and in signature, but upon arrival the body text color is different. It looks really unprofessional.
It seems to me that eMClient has smarts enough to do the right thing with the signature… but how can I coax it to do that with normal email body text? I’m stumped.
