Why aren’t my texts suddenly colored according to the tag, please?

I found that only some of my email addresses are not colored. This problem occurred after the update.
How can I fix this please?
We will do our best to diagnose the issue. Answers to these questions should help us with that.
- What is the service provider of that account? Is it Gmail?
- Are these tags local or server based?
- Would you mind to send us a screenshot of your Tags configuration? If there are some rather private data, would it be possible to send the screenshot to [email protected]?
