My templates that was working 100% changed without touching them. In the settings the font colour is set to blue but only black appears and the JPG picture that was added in template shows 100 in preview but dissappear when creating a new mail or reply to one. I have deleted all templates and created new ones, even with different names, but still the same.
Can you check if your message is being composed in HTML?
