Template insert reply will be in 10?

Will version 10 have an ability to push reply and insert a template in one or two easy clicks. Some business get frequent questions and quote requests and we have 100 templates. Would be great to have this simple feature.

Multiple reply templates with file attachments

You can do this in the upcoming version 10 using Quick Actions. So with a single click, or keyboard shortcut, you can start a new message and automatically perform these steps: [image] or reply like this: [image] Its very configurable, so you can choose from any of these actions: [image]

yeah would love to put text on the right of the signature make it more flat instead of going down so far.
