Don’t seem to have the option of using an image as a background for email templates. Only colours in the background field. 
You can add an image from the menu on the right but it isn’t a background it prevents text etc being written on it.

Hi Greg,

Follow this and you’ll get what you want.

Menu > Tools > Settings > Mail > Templates and Signatures > Mail Templates

  1. specify account
    2.Click Mail Templates
  2. Click  Add Template

After you completed the Template you can assign it in the Settings
from Not Selected to the created Template  - in this example Flower

                          Result

      

Experiment as to what kind of Template you want.

Couldn’t see the Browse Pictures option under the background options. Was there on my desktop but not on my laptop. Reset emClient on the laptop and all good.
