When someone cancels an appointment I get the cancellation notification in email just fine. The problem is it only lists the appointment schedule date/time that is being cancelled and not any details about the meeting. I have no way of knowing what is being cancelled. It just says “CANCELLED @ Weekly from …” It is already removed from my calendar so I can’t go to it to see which meeting this was. Having this notification at least show the appointment title/subject would be very helpful. Now I have to call the person to see which meeting it was if it doesn’t ring a bell with me.
We use Google mail if that helps.
