I am having syncing problems. Hotmail will sync, however my ISP email address @bigpond.com will not. Am I doing something wrong? Or sync not fully supportive?

when an error about sync pops up, could you copy the content of the Tools>Operations>Log window here? It should contain more details about the issue with the connection.
