Syncing Global Address List slows everything down

I use eM with an institutional email account, which provides a very large Global Address List. The sync operation always gets stuck on this, which slows the whole program down. Is there a way to prevent eM requesting the offline address list? I cannot find one.

Hi Will, are you using an Exchange account? What version of eM Client are you currently using, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?

Yes, it’s an Exchange account. I’m on v6.0.21040.0.

Hi again Will, can you please try to update your application to this version: http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.21151/setup.msi and check if the issue persists?
