syncing alert

i keep getting an alert saying that there was  a problem syncing with “xxx” . why am i getting these?

Hi, sorry to see this, however I’m not completely sure what you’re referring to. Can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and submit the screenshot here on the forum?

Also when the error occurs, can you please switch to the Log tab in Operations, copy the content of the log and submit the content of the log to us here on the forum?

What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer? Can you please check the exact version number in Help > About? Wat mail service are you using with eM client?
