synchronize - I have just changed email servers and changed all the details in account and my account have been synchronizing for over 24hrs with no result. How long should this take
Hi Nat, not completely sure what you’re referring to, what do you mean by changed email servers? Did you adjust the server settings in your application settings or did you change your mail service provider?
What mail service are you currently using for synchronizing your items with eM Client?
What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
If you’ve just adjusted the settings after changing your mail service provider, please try to re-setup the account using the automatic setup and check if the issue persists.
