I am running eM Client 7.1.31849.0 under Widows 7 interfacing with my account at @charter.net. I have both “Synchronize items at startup” and “synchronize items every x minutes” tick marked, but it only synchronizes at startup. That is not quite accurate, occasionally it will synchronize while up, but only about once per day if at all. I’ve tried minutes from 1 to 6 no difference. It has worked this way since I installed it about a year ago. Clicking “refresh” has no effect. What am I doing wrong?
