Synchronize sent folder

Hi,

I have an iCloud account on my eM Client that I use. When I use my iPhone or iPad to send a new mail the sent mail does not show up on the “Sent” folder of the eM Client, regardless how often I synchronize. I have checked the “Sent” folder on iCloud and the sent mail is in there, but for whatever reason it does not seen to synchronize.

Can you help?

Hello,

can I ask you if you are having those sent emails saved in iCloud’s web mail “sent” folder?

Hi John,
Since the time I posted the question, I did further looking and noticed that there are two files one called “Sent” and the other called “Sent Messages”. All mail sent using eM Client is saved in the “Sent” folder and mail sent using the iPhone or iPad is saved in the “Sent Messages” folder. The same is true in iCloud all messages sent using iPone or iPad are saved in “Sent” folder and evrything that was sent by eM Client is saved in the other “Sent” folder.
Regards,

Hello,

I am glad to hear that it is working then
