SYNCHING PROBLEM ON NEW INSTALL

Just installed Free version today, to asses whilst considering going pro.

Have these problems:

  1. Whilst it initially downloaded my latest emails on set-up it is not synching since
  2. On some messages with attachments (but not all) it says “cannot be downloaded because offline”
  3. When I enter the “official” IMAP/SMTP settings for incoming/outgoing mails, your diagnostics says Error. If I press fix, it “fixes” it, only for it to “error” again a second later.

Please help!

Hello Andy, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing? What mail service are you using with eM Client? What version of eM Client do you currently have installed on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?
