Synch problem -- what does the red triangle tell me

I am trying em and so are overwhelmed by the possibilties and features. Very well done!

I have set up an account that has 4 more using the EWS-function. All are within the same organisation using the same domain. Only one of them has issues on synch – the spinning wheel and the red triangle. I tried to delete it and set it up (include the delegation) again, but it keeps spinning and synching … no problem so far which Outlook. Any idea for a cure?

Hi, the red triangle with the spinning wheel indicates a connection error. To see what’s causing it, could you please send us your operations logs? You can get those by going to Menu > Operations > 3rd tab called Log > Copy Log, and then send us the whole copied text to our email address [email protected]
