Sync problem. I do not know what happened but eM Client is out of sync with my outlook server. How do I force a resync on either all my folders or on individual folders.

Hi Joe, not completely sure what you’re referring to as out of sync are you seeing different items on the server than in eM client? You should be able to force a re-sync of each available folder by using the repair feature. To do so right click the folder, select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button.

Each startup of the application however should perform complete account synchronization and check with the server.
Repair however will remove all the already downloaded content and only downloads what’s available on the server for the folder.
