Sync keeps loading

Hi,

I recently switched over from Mailbird to eM Client, however 1 mailbox keeps syncing.
It worked yesterday, but today it will not load-in any new emails?

My other 2 emails work just fine, and they are all registered at the exact same provider, using the exact same SMTP/IMAP settings.

Any idea how to fix this?

That usually means for a new account just added in “its not all fully cached locally yet” and could take more time till fully cached depending on the size of the online account mailbox.

So click the “dropdown on the right of Refresh” and click “Show Operations” and you can then see what that account is doing.

@JSenden After the switch from Mailbird, are there any features that you are missing from Mailbird? Or is there any behavior you prefered Mailbird’s way?
