I am constantly getting error messages every time eM client tries to sync my email accounts. For example:
"[email protected]: An error occurred
[CardDAV] Sync of [email protected]/ failed due to error:
[email protected] (Not found)"

Hi Naomi, can you please make a screenshot of the error and when it occurs switch to the Log/History tab in the Operations window and copy the content of the Log and post it here on the forum? The log should contain more information about the error. Also what version of eM Client are you currently using?

Hi Dave, thank you for the received screenshot, however I need to see the settings for your Contacts service, please click on the “Contacts” tab, and then create the screenshot.
Also, you can create screenshots of your applications by using the “Snipping Tool” application included in your windows installation.

Yes, my sbcglobal/yahoo account does have a calendar.
As info, on the above screen shot (Contacts), I unclicked the “Enable Service” button and I’ve stopped getting the error message. Does that just mean it won’t sync my contacts?
If the errors stopped after disabling the contacts service, do you have contacts available in your webmail?
If you do, try to change the CardDAV URL to this address:

I do have contacts available in webmail. But once I enable service and replace the CardDAV address with the one you proveded I still get the error message (SBCGlobal not found…).

Hi Dave, I’m unfortunately not completely sure on why this issue occurs, can you please check with your mail service provider (SBCGlobal), what are the correct settings for your CardDAV server, so we’re absolutely sure with our settings. The error states the calendar couldn’t be found, so it is possible it’s either not possible to synchronize your contacts over CardDAV or the CardDAV address might not be correct.
Please try to check with your email provider’s support and hopefully we’ll be able to resolve the issue.
