sync error 3204

I am on vacation using wifi at the rental house, and I am getting the message:

Synchronization error (3204)

Any help greatly appreciated.

Peter

Hello Peter, unfortunately I’m not quite sure what is this referring to. What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client? Is this displayed in the Operations window? Can you please make a screenshot of the error and when it occurs switch to the Log tab, copy the content of the Log and submit it both to us here on the forum for more information?

Can you please copy the content of the log as I suggested in my first reply? Switch to the Log tab when the error occurs, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum for more information. If you’re on a public network, note that these connections may include firewall and other types of security settings that may disable your ability to connect to your server and synchronise your data. I believe this may be the root of your issue.

Hello Peter, I can’t unfortunately see the whole content of the log from the screenshot, can you please copy the content of the log by selecting it and submitting a copy of the log to us here on forum?

Regards,

Paul,  Thank you for the assistance, but I will put up with the error for the rest of the week. Then see what happens at home.
