Switching from POP to IMAP

I have an email account set up as POP but want to change it to IMAP.
When I go to Accounts in eMClient it shows the POP tab but no IMAP tab to switch to.
How do I change from POP to IMAP ?

You have to set up another account with the same credentials where you choose IMAP for the incoming server. Then you can drag and drop your local folders from the POP account to the IMAP server and remove the POP account afterwards. Before moving the local folders it’s probably a good idea to save them in a backup copy to be sure that you can restore them if something goes wrong.
