I created two sub folders today and they have disappeared along with all the emails in them. Can you help please?
Hello Karen, not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you see your folder list in the left pane below your account? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? What mail service are you using with eM Client?
Are you seeing any errors while synchronising? Are you able to replicate the behaviour? Or are these messages available on your mail server when you login using your webmail?
