How do I declare an email address as definitely NOT junk mail? I put the address in my contact list but the emails still wind up in the Junk mail folder
Open Tools - Rules select Blacklist rule and click Modify rule … to see, if the email address you wish to add to “whitelist” is there. If so, delete it from the blacklist - it should help.
