I used Em for a number of months and suddenly stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled it but still no joy. When I start the program the program looks as if it starts but nothing happens. It is the latest version.
Hello, not quite sure what you’re referring to, are you seeing any errors thrown by the application? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release in Help > About? Or does the application lock up after initialising?
Are you using any security software on your computer that might be blocking some of the applications functionality?

Paul, the software does not even “opens up” I downloaded the latest software last night and installed that. Previously it worked fine. It stopped working all of a sudden. In an attempted to rectify the problem I unstalled and installed the latest version. Still not working. If you click on the software “button” in the start menu, the program “circle” starts to spin and then disappears.
Please check if the process is visible in the Task Manager, if it is, please try to run this utility http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe and create a dump file from this occurrence, submit the stack dump saved to my work mail, [email protected] with a reference link to this forum topic.
