I have a temp work around by using a PoP account within eM Client BUT… I am still getting the error below. I do NOT have access within eM Client to my contacts or folders.
I have tried everything I know and can find on how to get the IMAP working but NO success.
[IMAP] Known Microsoft Exchange server error “User is authenticated but not connected.” has been encountered on IMAP connection. This issue is temporary and should be automatically resolved by the server. If not, please contact your mail provider.
