I am unable to log in to emClient as I have forgotten/misplaced the start up password. Any ideas how I go about resolving matter? Regards
You will lose a few settings, but not any of your data.
Close eM Client and delete C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\settings.dat. You may have to enable hidden items in Windows Explorer to get there.
Restart eM Client.
