I have some items that are going straight to my Spam folder. There are some that I want to go to my inbox instead. How can this be accomplished.
There are two ways to do this depending on what is moving the messages:
If they are being moved by your email server, you will need to login through the web interface for that account, and mark them as not spam. Any further messages from that address will then remain in your Inbox.
If they are being moved by eM Client, because you have previously blacklisted the address or domain, then you can right-click on the message in the Junk folder, and choose Move to Inbox > Move to Inbox and remove blacklisted address/domain. You can also go to Menu > Tools > Rules and open the Blacklist Rule to ensure the address or domain is not still there.
