Spell check doesn’t help fix spacing errors. Any way to fix this?
Currently, when I write an email, I cut and paste the finished copy into “Word,” run their spell check, which fixes spacing mistakes, and then paste the fix into a new email. This adds a minute to every email. Can this be fixed, or is there a spacing fix option that I am not finding. Considering that “space fix” is standard in Word, I assume people make lots of spacing errors, and I am not alone.
eM Client does have a spell checker, but no function to remove double spaces. Sorry Gary.
I use a text replacement tool that fixes all contractions and regular misspelled words automatically, regardless of what application I am using. I don’t have an issue with double spaces, but most of those tools can handle those as well. Maybe something like that would be useful.
