The last few mornings, when I open em client, the scrollbar in the message list in my outlook account is gone, and it’s scrolled way far down, so scrolling back up with the mouse wheel takes forever. The way I figured to bring the scroll bar back is to filter on unread, then remove the filter. Perhaps this happens because I leave em client open all day and night? I don’t know.
Not sure why the scrollbar is dissapearing, but a quick way to get to the top of the message list is to eg: press the “Home” key if you have eM Client for Windows or a Mac with a full-size keyboard.
Or If you have Mac keyboard with no Home key, then It’s “Fn left arrow” to go to the top of the list
