Some (not all) of my emails are being duplicated three times! There doesn’t seem to be any common factors so I will not be able to continue using eM Client unless I get this figured out. Can you help?
Send us your logs please: go to the menu Tools->Settings->Advanced->Logging and check “SMTP” under the problematic account. Then restart eM Client, try to simulate the issue and send us (with reference to this topic) the logs using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
I have similar issue of emails sent several times to the the recipient. I have observed that if the email sits in outbox for for some time (not definitive about the time) i see many copies of email are sent repeatedly till the email in the outbox is deleted.
I am using Windows 8.0 OS.
Hi Suresh, what mail service are you using with eM Client and what version of eM Client are you currently using?
Are you possibly able to replicate this issue?
