Some emails is not downloaded

Hello,

I changed my email account from google to office365 and than I have problem with reading emails. Some emails have event “message wasnt download because you are not connected to server”…but Im connected and another messages are downloaded correctly…where is problem?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. When this happens, could you please post the content of the third tab titled ‘Log’ in Menu -> Tools -> Operations? (For fast copying, pressing Ctrl+A will select everything).
