Some emails goes to "junk-waste" folder

I have emclient v. 6.0.21899.0 lifetime license. Some emails goes to “junk” or “waste” folder. Why?

Hi Carlos, eM client does not include a spam filtering feature, so in case your messages are being marked as junk or spam, they have been likely moved by your email server. eM Client only includes a manual spam filtering using an included blacklist, however unless you’ve blacklisted the sender yourself, eM Client should not move the message to another destination to what is received on your server.

Please check if your blacklist doesn’t include the address being filtered in Tools > Rules > Blacklist, or if possible contact your mail server support in order to adjust junk filtering preferences.
