Software upgade fix not working

So, I updated to the new version and got the red triangle as stated. I then clicked on the new link for the updated fix. This keeps crashing before it finishes the repair…what can I do now as I’m just not picking up any mail?

You can uninstall eM Client, making sure NOT to delete the database directory when asked. That will ensure all your settings and data will be there after the re-install.

In Windows Explorer, delete C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\ if it exists.

Then download and install the latest version from the Release History.

So I’ve just done that, exactly as you said, twice. Still got the same issue - red triangle on Outlook account. HELP!

I was offering you a way to get past the crashing on upgrade.

The red chevron is a connection warning. That is something different.

You can try disabling your anti-virus/firewall application and see if that makes any difference. Otherwise remove the account from eM Client, then add it again.
