SMTP server doen't support STARTTLS

please try changing your server security policy on all the included tabs to the (legacy) option.
Save, click refresh and see if the issue persists.

The same occured for me too… Even changing the security policy didnt work… Please help

Please go to Menu -> Tools -> Accounts, select the problematic account, go to the SMTP tab and make sure the ‘Port’ number is 465 and ‘Security Policy’ is set to ‘Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)’

That should resolve the issue.
