smtp not working with eM Client

Some of our customers are using eM Client as thier mail client, but it keep giving an error.
So we tried it ourselves and the SMTP keep giving an error.

I tested different settings with ports (25,465 , 587)
Different settings with SSL , TLS and forced but always getting error that verification failed.

Pop3 works without a problem. Mail like outlook , Win 10 Mail , thunderbird work without a problem
Telnet with verification works also.
Just eM Client gives an error.

Getting error 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication.
This is with SSL disabled. Port 25

Cannot connect error when i have SSL special port. Port 587

As said is the mail get recieved. Did it with different accounts. So i think there is a problem with the way it communicates with the server.
Probably the first handshake (helo domain)

So i hope this can get fixed.

Running eM Client 7.1.30794.0
