SMTP Error - won't work on new account

I have tried everything, and every variation of account details, using ssl, not using ssl, not having authentication and i have no antivirus. This is my error log. please help:

could you please copy the error log here?
Also include the version number of eM Client (Help>About) and your mail service that has this issue.
