SMPT Fixing Failed

Hello, I’d appreciate help. I attempted to Diagnose why my emails won’t send and found that SMTP Fixing Failed. I am not too clever with this so patience appreciated. Susan ???

If you go to Menu > Tools > Accounts, and then click on the SMTP tab for your account, you can change the settings manually. The port should be 587 and the security policy should be Force usage of SSL/TLS.
