One of my email accounts will not connect to the server on outgoing mail. Incoming mail is fine. Using same outgoing port on both accounts. Have tried numerous changes to settings with no success.
If both accounts are on the same server, make sure they have the same host, port and security policy.
If they do and it still fails, go to Menu > Operations > Log tab. Look for an SMTP error for that account, and it will give more details of why it is failing.
