smart folder

I have been running 3 accounts on em and mail has been appearing in all inboxes as well as smart folder. Now mail only goes into smart folder. I am not sure what version I am running ie: free or pro as my license shows as “normal” - is this the free version which would explain problem?

Also cant access pro support as site appears to be down

Free and Pro license are same about functionality, but free license is limited in number of accounts, no paid support and no business use.
