Slow initial startup after free license applied

After the 30-day trial, I obtained a free license.  However, the boot time of the first launch of the program has gone from an almost instantaneous 2-3 seconds (which it was during the trial period) to at least 1 minute.  That being said, subsequent starts of the program during the same Windows session do, in fact, start instantaneously (which is how the program worked during the trial period).  I certainly enjoy the program otherwise, but I am very concerned about the initial startup time.  I enclosed below my latest stack dump which I ran during the program’s  initial startup.  I regret that I have no idea how to interpret this, so I’d appreciate any thoughts as to how to address the situation.  Thank you.
