Sinchronizing messages Oflline use

Every time i start eM Client it is downloading all messages. My mail is IMAP. I checked download messages for offline use.

Hi, can I ask you what email service provider and what version of eM Client exactly do you use?

Plus I will need your IMAP logs, go to Tools - Settings - Advanced, check IMAP under your account, apply and restart eM Client.

Then synchronize with your server and send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s url.
Then you can turn logging off.
