Since upgrading to ver 6.0.210340.0., I am unable to send email.

Since upgrading to ver 6.0.210340.0 server is rejecting my password on the SMTP side.  No account settings have been changed.

Hi, are you possibly using a Verizon account? If not, can you please make a screenshot of the issue?

Unfortunately, it is a Verizon account.  Do you have any time frame as to when they might get their act together and get it fixed or, when you might get it resolved?  I’ve only had your email client installed for about half a year and have been delighted with everything about it.  I’d hate to think I would have to go looking for another email client to revert to.   Sure hoping you can get it resolved or they get their act together.  Is there anything we users of your app who are Verizon customers can do that might light a fire under them to act?

Hi, we’ve released a workaround for the issue that allows verizon users to avoid using the CRAM-MD5 connection if Verizon’s SMTP servers are not accepting this authentication method. Please update your application and check if the issue persists.
