Hi Mark,
can you see those email when you login through your webmail interface or other client? Aren’t your emails accidentally being moved to a spam folder?

Hi, Olivia. Thanks for your reply. No, I’ve realised it must be a fault at eBay as I still don’t see them when I log in with Outlook 2010, so it wasn’t a fault with eMClient at all. Sorry!
