As you can include e- mail signature with image? Is there a standard format ?
I suspect that if you have an image that is stored on the cloud somewhere you could include the link to that image in your Signatures template that should work. I do no think there is a way of including an image stored locally on your hard drive.

you can add images to your signature just fine, use the insert image function or just drag and drop it in the creation window.
