"Shadow" subfolders in Inbox

I am brand new to eM Client. Setup and migration were surprisingly easy. But … an Inbox folder keeps getting created as a subfolder to my Inbox. It contains a few duplicates of other subfolders. I delete it and it comes back. This doesn’t actually cause a problem but it’s annoying and not esthetic. Any suggestions?

ADDITION: I used the browser interface to check my mail on the server, and I don’t have any folders defined there.

Assuming it is an IMAP account, you might try deleting the account and reentering it.  It will re-sync and maybe the dup folders will go away.
