Hi… Most mornings when I come into the office I find that some of our email is tagged as junk in bright red – but still in the inbox. I’ve not been able to find any settings for this that I can teach it … is it being done by the server or Emclient? I’m guessing the server but I thought I’d ask. thx!
Usually when email is marked as spam / junk with a colour in your Inbox that’s your mail server doing that when the email arrives and eM Client then just mirrors that in the client.
So go online to your mailbox via webmail and see if your inbox also shows the same color online.
