ist it possible to create one global Account (for example: [email protected])in emclient for alls Users in RDP Server?
Because that the endusers do not have to configure their own session.

It depends on the type of license you have.
If you have a Business Pro license, you can make use of the license manager to upload settings to the users in your organisation.
