Setting up on new laptop from existing desktop

I am setting up em client on a new laptop. Have set it up but have not got the inbox sub folders we set up on the old computer nor the older emails, just the emails from a few weeks ago. How can I get all the information from the desktop to the laptop. I have both on the same license i think

Hi, have you been using POP or IMAP protocol for receiving emails on your old computer?
You can check this by going to Tools > Accounts > Your Account and see which one of these you can see in the tabs above your account settings.
