I have a weird problem with message display that seems easy to solve but isn’t.
E-mails from my website contact form arrive with a gray background - a weird setting in itself but setting our answers to “white background, always” should be super easy.
Unfortunately, nothing works: message templates, color settings, anything else.
The only manual step that sets background to white is changing html into plain text, but that’s not ideal.
Any ideas how to tackle it? I’m now using a paid version after a few weeks of the free one, maybe there’s something that is blocking advanced options after the change? Even though this should be super basic, not advanced.
