Set as non-spam

I have an outlook account set up in emClient and all the reply notifications from this forum end up in my spam folder.

I tried move to inbox and remove as blacklisted domain/email, but the next notification ends up in the spam folder anyway.

I have now logged in to outlook via the web access and marked it as non-spam there and we’ll see whether that has any effect, but can I do that from within emClient as well?

As the server is moving the message, there is nothing you can do in eM Client to change that. is a real pain. You need to add the address to the safe sender’s list in the web interface.

Interestingly, messages from their own Support often end up in the Spam folder as well. You would think they might have white-listed their own address!
