Server says unathorized

em client has been working fine for months. I’ve changed nothing, but when I signed on this morning I got the message “server says unauthorized”. I have to hit cancel twice and then my email loads. My email is [email protected]. It appears that my calendar and contacts are not loading. Please help. This problem just started today.

Hi Jon, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact version number in Help > About?
Are you using rogers powered by yahoo?

Are you using a calendar service with your account?

Version is 6.0.21040.0

Rogers is powered by yahoo, and I use calendar.

I signed on to my rogers account to check my e-mail. I then went back to eM Client and everything worked perfectly again. I’m not sure what happened, but everything appears to be fixed.

However it seems as this might have been a temporary server issue, rather than the application’s.
